Steps to Sign Up for a Body Alive Promotion
- 1. Decide whether you already have a Body Alive account.
- 2. If needed, use the account step above the form to create or access your account, then return here in the same tab.
- 3. Complete the information required on this page and click “Submit.” A Customer Service Representative will confirm your purchase via email. Please be sure to add support@bodyalivefitness.com to your contact list as confirmation emails may end up in your spam folder!

Body Alive Terms and Conditions of Service
Promotion is not valid for current Unlimited members, students on a class pass, current promotion, or those who have done a promotion or had an active membership within the past 90 days. Your promotion is only active at your Home Studio location for unlimited classes at that single studio location. If you choose to go to another studio, you are eligible to purchase $5 classes for use at other locations. Promotional offers do not include Lagree classes.
