How the Training Works

Online Curriculum

All participants will receive 40 hours of pre-recorded online content.

  • Complete foundational online training before and alongside the live training weekends.
  • Learn at your own pace while preparing for the in-person program experience.

In-Person Training Days

Body Alive will host the remaining 160 hours on select Saturdays and Sundays from October through February.

  • Attend in-person sessions to receive a $20 rebate per day on the program.
  • Local participants are highly encouraged to attend in person for the greatest experience, especially those who intend to teach.

Virtual Access

All sessions will be streamed via Google Meet and recorded for virtual participants.

  • The week following each in-person session, a video recording of that session will be released to virtual participants.
  • Whether you attend in person, stream via Google Meet, or watch the video recording afterward, you receive credit for your attendance.
